Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made at cms.minda.dev. The seller is:

By placing an order you accept these terms. Consumers also have the rights the law gives them, which these terms do not limit.

Ordering

You place an order by going through the checkout and confirming it. We send a confirmation by email. The contract is made when we confirm the order. To order you must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent.

Please check the order confirmation and tell us at once if anything is wrong.

Prices

Prices are in EUR (€) without VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

If a price is obviously wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order; any payment is returned in full.

Payment

You can pay with Credit / Debit Card, Link. Payments are handled by our payment providers, whose own terms may also apply. Card details go straight to the payment provider; we never see them.

How the packages are delivered

Everything sold here is delivered digitally: the package is added to your company in the Minda service, and nothing is shipped. There are no delivery costs.

The package becomes available once the payment is confirmed. If you are new to Minda, we create your account automatically after the order is paid and send the sign-in details to the email address on the order.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly — by email to myynti@minda.fi, or with the form below — before the time runs out.

Send the goods back without delay, and at the latest 14 days after telling us, to: Tolosentie 131 A, 99800 Ivalo, Suomi. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.

We return what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the goods back, or proof that you sent them. If the goods have lost value because they were handled more than needed to see what they are and how they work, we may deduct that loss.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, goods that spoil quickly, or digital content once its delivery has begun with your consent.

Digital content, services and subscriptions

Digital content and services are available once payment is confirmed. If you ask us to start at once, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends for digital content when its delivery begins; for a service, cancelling within the withdrawal period means paying for the part already provided.

A subscription renews for a new period until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and it ends at the end of the period already paid. We tell you in good time before a price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Faults and complaints

Goods must match what was agreed and what was promised about them. If a product is faulty, tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the fault, by email to myynti@minda.fi. We repair or replace it, or give a price reduction or a refund, as the law provides. Any manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to these rights.

Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by something outside our control, such as a natural disaster, a strike or a breakdown in transport or communications. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's rights under mandatory law.

Personal data

We handle the personal data needed for your order as described in our privacy policy.

Disagreements

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are settled quickly. A consumer may also take a disagreement to Kuluttajariitalautakunta (www.kuluttajariita.fi), or to a court where they live.

These terms are governed by the law of Finland. A consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
