What do I actually get when I buy a package?
Each package lists its contents on its own page – assessments, development actions, trainer hours and so on. They are granted in Minda the moment the order is paid, under the company that placed the order.
Do I need a Minda account first?
No. Buy the package here and an account is created for you as part of the order. After that you sign in through Minda, not here.
We already use Minda. Do we order here too?
No – order from inside Minda. The packages are added to the company you already have, and Minda brings you back to this shop only to pay. Ordering here instead would start a second company.
How many packages do I buy for a team of ten?
Ten. A package is priced per person, and the contents marked “per package” multiply with the quantity. Anything marked “once per order” – a trainer hour, an ideal profile – you get once however many you buy.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT while you browse. Finnish VAT of 25.5% is added in the cart and on the invoice, so the cart total is the amount you pay.
How can I pay?
Credit / Debit Card. If you need to pay against an invoice instead, talk to Minda sales before ordering and we will arrange it.
Who can order?
Companies in Finland. The shop asks for a business ID at checkout and checks it, because the order and the Minda account belong to the company rather than to the person placing it.
When can we start?
As soon as the payment goes through. There is nothing to install and no project to run: the assessments are links you send to the people you want assessed.
Where do I find my orders and invoices?
Under My account. Sign in through Minda and you will arrive there already signed in.
We need something that is not on offer here.
That is normal. Tell Minda sales what you are solving and we will put a package together for exactly that, priced as one thing.
